the adult-only pool was a plus. i also appreciated the very comfortable bed. the coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. the rooms were cleaned very well.
the staff seemed unprofessional. i did not expect this from this hotel. i waited an hour and a half to enter my room. i wanted to extend my stay, but i had to move my stuff because my room was supposedly not available. this wasted 45 minutes of my time.

the main issue i faced was slow service during breakfast. it often took over 20 minutes to get a coffee, even after repeatedly asking, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. also, my room did not have enough toiletries stocked upon arrival. Shampoo and soap were missing, very INCONVENIENT.

I found available beds near the pool. The shuttle service was useful for getting around. Restaurants here were amazing with many options. Staff upgraded us to a nice suite that included a palm view.
I noticed that the occupancy mid week in October looked overflowing.

the room was clean and well serviced. turn down service was nice. breakfast included a lovely selection and the staff were very attentive. the hotel is super clean in all areas, that is for sure.
the pool area was packed with people. it was difficult to find a place or spot. i think it was really crowded .

the location is on the palm. it is a bit far from the main attractions, this causes you to spend a lot on travelling. there are plenty of options to choose.
